Fitness is not a condition, it is a state of being we all try hard to achieve. Body, mind, and spirit, like the triangle in our YMCA logo, all three parts equal. The YMCA strives to assist members of all ages to achieve that balance of fitness, through the programs and facilities offered.

Group Exercise

All ages of adults and older adults enjoy the variety of over 50 classes offered weekly. Classes are geared to protect the joints while increasing flexibility and improving your strength. Click here to see our class schedule. Besides variety, exercising in a group atmosphere provides support and camaraderie. It's FUN, which is most important!
